All contractors in our network are independent businesses. TheEmergencyRestorationPros makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by referred contractors. You hire contractors at your own risk.

We do not guarantee contractor availability, response times, or pricing
Quotes provided through the Site are estimates only — final pricing is determined by the contractor
We are not responsible for contractor errors, delays, or disputes

3. Eligibility

The Site is available to users 18 years of age or older located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Submission of Requests

When you submit a request through TheEmergencyRestorationPros, you consent to:

Being contacted by one or more independent contractors via phone or email
Sharing your contact information with those contractors
Receiving follow-up communications related to your service request

You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting the contractor directly or emailing us.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEEMERGENCYRESTORATIONPROS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
